Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are accepted if the product is delivered in a damaged condition or if an item from a set is missing.
Do you charge a shipping fee?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000, while a nominal shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below that amount.
When can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in case of a manufacturing defect, confirmed after a detailed Quality Check. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our support team.
